Why eat by chance When you can eat by choice?

We at Southeast Clinical Nutrition Centers, Inc have extensive experience working with many chronic conditions: diabetes, prediabetes or metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia) high blood pressure (hypertension), cardiovascular disease (CVD), chronic kidney disease (CKD) and many GI conditions (gastrointestinal disorders) such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD): Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis. Many conditions are either caused or exacerbated by the obesity epidemic that is sweeping not only the US, but now, the world. That is why weight management is a vital part of our practice. Our goal is to educate and train our patients how to eat for life, not just to lose weight. Our approach to weight management takes into account each patient’s preferences, body composition and medical condition. We focus on insulin resistance and devise a plan based on patient feedback and needs. Our use of evidence based nutrition practices to accomplish this is a standard to which we will always adhere.
